Our Role Models are women in tech who support us in inspiring girls by sharing their experiences. We in turn help to build their professional profiles and networks, and develop their skills in areas like mentoring and public speaking.

We'll email you with opportunities to get involved in our work, share your story and inspire our community to follow in your footsteps. You'll also get invited to regular Role Model Meetups with workshops and networking.
Inspire the next generation by sharing your tech journey. Create a short video for our social media or write an article for our blog. Whether it's your career path, daily work life, career advice or tech insights, your story could help someone see their future in technology.
There are multiple opportunities to volunteer throughout the year. We host regular events where Role Models have the opportunity to support as coordinators, speakers or mentors, providing learning opportunities for our community of young girls and giving you valuable experience.
Speed mentoring sessions take place at our annual flagship event, Next Tech Fest. By sharing your first-hand, lived experience you empower girls with practical advice and knowledge to help steer their pathways into tech.

As a Role Model, you'll get invited to regular in-person events like our Role Model Meetups, where you can network with other women in tech and make connections that could support your own career journey. These friendships and professional relationships often extend beyond our events, creating a supportive network you can turn to for advice, opportunities, and collaboration.
Speaking at events is an excellent way to share your expertise with our community and build your CV. There are multiple opportunities to deliver talks, including online and in-person events or, if your employer is a partner, at immersive Insight Days hosted at your offices. We already have over 600 women registered to our Role Model community - but we're just getting started.
