Our Mission

We inspire today's girls in education to become tomorrow's women in tech. Through partnerships with industry leading employers, we give girls their first insight into the boundless opportunities the tech industry has to offer.

Our Approach

Teenage years are pivotal. Only 27% of female A level students would consider a career in tech compared to 61% of males. By engaging at this critical age, Next Tech Girls aids in shaping their futures and transforming the landscape of tomorrow's tech industry.

Our Community

80% from underrepresented groups

Building a diverse community has been central to our mission, celebrating intersectional experiences to ensure tech's future reflects all voices. 40% of our members are from Black, African and Caribbean backgrounds, some of the most underrepresented communities in the tech industry.

14,000 social media followers

As well as introducing girls to work environments, we meet them where they are - on social media. Our team work to produce fun, engaging, informative content to support and inspire our followers.

3,000 subscribers

Our growing subscriber community receives exclusive content, industry insights and opportunities direct to their inbox. Through regular newsletters, we keep our members, schools and employer partners connected and informed about the latest tech careers, events and success stories.

“I already had a strong interest in coding and the placements helped to reassure me that this was the direction I wanted to go in. I just completed a Computer Science degree and I've started a software engineering graduate programme with Tesco.”
“My experiences through Next Tech Girls helped me see myself having a career in technology and allowed me to be more confident in my choices coming out of sixth form. I'm now working for Jaguar Land Rover as a software engineering degree apprentice.”
“Since my placement with Next Tech Girls I've graduated with First Class Honours in Computer Science. For postgraduate, I will be going for PGCE teacher training for Computing in hopes of being able to introduce more young girls to the world of tech.”
