Next Tech Girls has reached an exciting milestone - over 10,000 girls and young women aged 11-25 have now been empowered through our work experience, insight days and events! This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our team, Role Models, and the inspiring young women who’ve taken part in our programmes. With the incredible backing of our partners, Next Tech Girls continues to create real change by helping close the gender gap in the tech industry.

Since our inception, our mission has been to bridge the gender and skills gap in the tech industry, and this milestone is a testament to the impact of our work. We’ve provided countless opportunities through hands-on workshops, work placements, and interactive experiences that have given school aged girls the skills, confidence, and connections they need to set the foundations for the future.

Insight days have been fundamental to supporting our community, where we offer an inside look at different areas of the tech world. These days give participants the chance to meet with industry professionals, ask questions, and explore potential career paths they may not have considered before.
